Prime Rib

The gold standard for roasts, this roast is really a prelude to a steak portion. Prepared as a roast and served as a steak portion, bone in or no bone, this is easy to make at home and an incredible statement in your menu.

For a variation, try our slow roast recipe and then put a light grill mark finish on them. Serve with a garlic butter and enjoy!

 

TIP: We will use a "choice" grade of standing rib roast, boneless, instead of "prime". It can be had from Sam's (or possibly your local butcher) at around $9.00/pound. Compared to $14.00 and up, it prepares as well and is more than an acceptable economic substitute.
