Coconut Milk
Coconut milk is extracted from the grated meat of a mature coconut. It should not be confused with coconut water. Containing a high oil content, most of which is saturated fat, delivers the rich taste and body desirable for certain foods. Notably Asian and also used extensively by confectioners.
