SRIRACHA AIOLI

Our go to slightly spicy aioli used on onion rings (or bloomin' onion), tacos, hamburgers, you name it.

What you need

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • salt to taste if needed

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha and lemon or lime juice. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
