Our mango salsa is a great accompaniment for all of your summer meal time menus. It is refreshing and has a nice back note "kick" to it. Use it on fish tacos, with tortilla chips and as a great hot dog dressing.

What you need
- 1 mango - peeled, cored, and cubed
- 2 avocados - cubed
- 1 cup chopped plum tomato, with seeds and white ribs removed
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup diced red sweet pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 dash of Tabasco pepper sauce (to taste)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Stir mango, avocado, tomato, onion, pepper, parsley, oil, brown sugar, juice, vinegar, pepper sauce, salt, and ground black pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate salsa for at least 1 hour.
