Classic Vinaigrette #1

What you need

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
pepper to taste
1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil.

Instructions

  1. Whisk red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, kosher salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Gradually whisk in 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil.
