Charcoal Grilled Shiitakes
Grilled shiitake mushrooms taste delicious, are healthy, and can help fight cancer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Shiitakes
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1 tb Tamari
- 1 tb Garlic, crushed
- 1 ts Rosemary, minced
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 ts Maple syrup
- 1 ts Sesame oil, optional
Directions
Rinse mushrooms.
Remove & discard stems.
Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes.
Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
