Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Use jerk seasoning if you want to make jerk chicken or to attempt jerk pork. You can also use it to season fish and other seafood.

What you need

  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon (powder)
  • 1 tbsp or more ot a pepper chili, cayenne pepper, pepper flakes or favorite. Adjust to suit taste buds
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin ground
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg ground
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together. Store in a mason jar with a spoon/sprinkle lid
