Grilled Fish In Foil

Grilled Fish In Foil? I've done this with salmon, white fish, shrimp, tuna and crabs. Can't miss.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Fish Fillets, try trout or tilapia
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Chopped Parsley
- 1 Tsp Dill Weed
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 Tsp paprika
- 1 Med Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbs Brined capers
Directions
- On 4 large buttered squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil, place equal amounts of fish.
- In small saucepan, melt butter; add lemon juice, parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper. Pour equal amounts over fish.
- Sprinkle with paprika; top with onion slices and capers.
- Wrap foil securely around fish, leaving space for the fish to expand.
- Grill 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with fork. (depending on fish type and density)
