    Grilled Fish In Foil

Grilled Fish In Foil? I've done this with salmon, white fish, shrimp, tuna and crabs. Can't miss.

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Fish Fillets, try trout or tilapia
    • 2 Tbs Butter
    • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
    • 1 Tbs Chopped Parsley
    • 1 Tsp Dill Weed
    • Salt and pepper
    • 1/4 Tsp paprika
    • 1 Med Onion, thinly sliced
    • 2 Tbs Brined capers

    Directions

    1. On 4 large buttered squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil, place equal amounts of fish.
    2. In small saucepan, melt butter; add lemon juice, parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper. Pour equal amounts over fish.
    3. Sprinkle with paprika; top with onion slices and capers.
    4. Wrap foil securely around fish, leaving space for the fish to expand.
    5. Grill 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with fork. (depending on fish type and density)
