What you need
- 1 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 bell peppers thinly sliced - any color
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoons chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions

Add the canola oil to a cast iron skillet on high heat.

Add the vegetables and garlic and let cook for 3 minutes before stirring, then an additional 2 minutes.

Add in the spices and stir.

Remove from the heat and serve with your favorite latin foods.
