A great dip for adding a cool refreshing note to your spicy Mediterranean dishes. Use it on chicken, sides and other spaces where you want that tzatziki taste, without the cucumber. Made it several times, from a Med themed blog.
What you need
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Salt, if needed
Instructions
Combine the garlic, dill, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and cayenne pepper in a food processor. Run the food processor until all the ingredients are a smooth thick sauce. Salt to your preference and refrigerate.
