Charcoal Grilled Shiitakes

Grilled shiitake mushrooms taste delicious, are healthy, and can help fight cancer.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Shiitakes
  • 1 tb Olive oil
  • 1 tb Tamari
  • 1 tb Garlic, crushed
  • 1 ts Rosemary, minced
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 ts Maple syrup
  • 1 ts Sesame oil, optional

Directions

  • Rinse mushrooms.

  • Remove & discard stems.

  • Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes.

  • Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
