A traditional Alabama BBQ sauce, this vinegar-based sauce is not what you expect when you think of barbecue sauce. It’s white and not sweet. It has a vinegar base and not a tomato base like most barbecue sauces.
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
2 teaspoons cream style horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. mix until smooth.
