Easy Fajita Vegetables

What you need

  • 1 tablespoons canola oil
  • 4 bell peppers thinly sliced - any color
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Add the canola oil to a cast iron skillet on high heat.
  2. Add the vegetables and garlic and let cook for 3 minutes before stirring, then an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Add in the spices and stir.
  4. Remove from the heat and serve with your favorite latin foods.
