1 garlic clove
The juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 anchovies
1/2 cup olive oil and a splash of water
1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
Blend 1 pasteurized egg yolk, 1 garlic clove, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard and 4 anchovies in a blender. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup olive oil and a splash of water. Stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
