What you need
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a 1 quart prep bowl
- Using a good quality injector, inject the butt until thoroughly infused with the liquid. (Do not over inject and "swell" the met until it leaks everywhere)
- Coat the butt with butt rub (Big Bob's here)
- Smoke low and slow (225º) for up to 16 hours and render all the fat.
- Let 'er set for about 30-45 minutes to absorb all the moisture.
- Pull and go!
